Join us on Wednesday, June 17 for a Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Reiki experience on the beautiful grounds of Foxhollow Farm.
Hosted by Beth Bersot and Jenny Shanks, this sacred evening invites you to surrender to the frequency of crystal singing bowls while receiving the gentle power of group Reiki.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to align with the powerful Summer Solstice energy—the longest day of the year—then ease into a deeply restorative sound bath and Reiki experience. Singing bowls are known to relax the mind and release emotional tension, creating space for inner clarity and activation. Reiki, a powerful form of energy healing, supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, helping you find peace, balance, and harmony within.
➾ A meditation pillow + blanket will be provided
➾ Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else that brings you comfort—you will be lying on a bamboo floor.
Come rest, receive, and realign under the light of the Summer Solstice.
