We’re taking our Sound Bath Reiki event on the road for the Summer Solstice Season. Our June event will be hosted at the beautiful Valaterra in La Grange, KY.

Join us on Tuesday, June 17 for a Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Reiki experience at the serene Valaterra in La Grange, KY.

Hosted by Beth Bersot and Jenny Shanks, this sacred evening invites you to surrender to the frequency of crystal singing bowls while receiving the gentle power of group Reiki.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to align with the powerful Summer Solstice energy—the longest day of the year—then ease into a deeply restorative sound bath and Reiki experience. Singing bowls are known to relax the mind and release emotional tension, creating space for inner clarity and activation. Reiki, a powerful form of energy healing, supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, helping you find peace, balance, and harmony within.

Afterward, enjoy a refreshing, intention-infused juice from Rooted Juice to ground and nourish your body.

➾ A meditation pillow will be provided.
➾ Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything else that brings you comfort—you will be lying on a tile floor.
